If you would like to make a reservation, please check our availability and complete our booking form then email it to Penshurst.  You will then receive confirmation of your booking and following this should forward a non-refundable deposit for the room in order to secure it, within 7 days.  

 

 

Deposits

 

You may pay the deposit, equivalent to £20.00 or 20% of the total balance (whichever is the greater) in one of three ways:

 

1. You can send either a cheque drawn on an English bank or sterling travellers cheques in the post.

 

2. You may prefer to settle the deposit by credit card. In order to do this a paypal request email will be sent along with confirmation so that you can do this through Paypal. This is a secure method and Paypal provide clear instructions within their email on how to do this.

 

3. Alternatively you may like to credit Penshurst's account directly. This option is only available to UK residents and details of the banking details for a BACS transfer will be sent along with confirmation of booking.

 

PLEASE NOTE  

 

The remaining balance will become due if rooms are cancelled within 4 days of arrival and the rooms remain un-let as a result. Otherwise this balance will become due on departure and should be paid by cheque, sterling travellers cheques or cash.
