The following prices are in Pounds sterling and are per room per night, not per person. They represent the cost for the 2nd and subsequent nights (*See important note below) and include full en-suite facilities, complimentry toiletries, bed linen and unlimited use of the kitchen located on the first floor. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided free of charge, but please note that breakfast is optional and incurs a supplement of £7.50 per person if purchased.
